Privacy policy and terms

We collect no personal information. There is no account, no login, no email field, and no contact form anywhere on this site. Nothing you type into a calculator is transmitted to us — the math runs in your browser, and the numbers stay on your device.

The only value we store on your device is your light or dark theme preference, kept in your browser's local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. It contains no identifier and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and to record two events: that a calculator was used, and that a sponsor link was clicked. These events carry only the calculator name, the page, and the advertiser identifier. We do not send your input values, and we run no other third-party trackers, advertising pixels, session recorders, or chat widgets.

Sponsor links point to third-party websites. Once you follow one, that company's own privacy policy applies. We may see that a click happened; we never learn what you do after it.

These calculators are provided for educational and planning purposes and are offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor, and we do not accept loan applications. Results are estimates, are not an offer or commitment to lend, and do not evaluate eligibility. Actual terms are determined by your lender.

You may embed our calculators on your own site using the provided embed code, which must keep its attribution link intact. You may not copy the site's content wholesale or present our calculators as your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision made or loss incurred in reliance on a figure produced here. Verify every number with your lender before you sign anything.
